Sarah Roa

Sarah specializes in the marketing and purchasing of high-end residential and investment properties throughout the coast of Southern California. Her first priority is to help her clients achieve the best outcome through a stress-free process. Sarah has deep ties to Southern California. She was raised in Orange County and frequently made family trips down to Del Mar. She attended college at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles before obtaining a Master’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. Currently, Sarah is completing her final year of law school at the University of San Diego School of Law. Throughout her studies, Sarah has gained extensive knowledge in advanced tax strategies extending to 1031 exchanges and wealth planning/protection. When she isn’t working or studying, Sarah enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
