Gail Blazina

In partnership with the owners of Coastal Pacific Real Estate, Gail Blazina brings to her clients an expertise in business from owning multiple businesses spanning 38 years, in positions of Real Estate Investing, Electrical Contracting, to Restaurant Owner/Operator. Her group, including Susan, Justin and Jared, specializes in simplifying the complexity of today’s real estate markets, through the sale and purchase of Residential/Commercial/ Investment Properties, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, and Delaware Statutory Trusts. The Partnership is able to seamlessly interface with Lenders, Escrow/Title Companies, Intermediaries, CPA’s, Trust & Tax Attorneys, and associated Client Professionals. She has also earned her pilots license, owning and piloting a single engine V-Tail Bonanza, is an avid collector of Domestic and European wines for more than 30 years, and donates her time to charities and care of elderly friends.
