Justin JP Chimento is an exemplary Real Estate Agent. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about all the available properties and we are able to see about 30 condominiums in our price range over many weekends before deciding to buy. He has great integrity, is always punctual, well dressed and clean. He did not try any high pressure tactics to try to get us to buy anything. He allowed us to find exactly the condominium with the exact location we wanted in our price range. He was highly recommended to us by personal friends who worked with him on an earlier property. My wife and I would enthusiastically recommend him as a Real Estate Agent working in the San Diego area.
Justin helped us find a property in La Jolla, which he seems to know like the back of his hand. Him and Susan have been working with my dad for over a year and kept tabs for us on local properties that might be of interest. When we finally found one that accepted our offer, he and Susan worked to make the transaction a smooth one! Justin helped our family find a pair of great places in La Jolla last year and made the process easy as can be. His knowledge of the area is top-notch, and his network of people that can help you from initial bid to finalizing closing documents is unparalleled. I would (and will!) use him again!
We met Justin at an open house he had when we were visiting La Jolla from Northern California. We were on vacation. Later we decided that we wanted to move down here to the ocean and the wonderful climate. We came down and Justin greeted us with a warm friendly smile. He showed us properties all around La Jolla. Sometime later we decided to buy a condo and Justin made the process very smooth, the price we offered was first not acceptable but after a lengthy conversation with the seller, the seller accepted our offer. Justin made sure our condo was in tip top share before we moved in. He had the seller fix a few minor things like privacy locks, non-attached dryer vent and he hired Stanley Steamer to come and clean the carpets before we came down from northern California. He solved the issue of the electricity being turned off, he found a powered outlet for Stanley Steamer to use. It was nice and clean when we arrived, thanks to Justin. In addition, Justin and his partner gave us some welcome gifts, fruits, chocolate and Champagne and a welcome mat for our new home. Every time we run into each other, Justin greets us with his friendly smile.
